We make every effort to allow ample time for you to take our products and employ a fair return policy if your needs are not met.

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our products, however, if a return is necessary, we want to minimize any hassles and complete your refund expediently. Please follow these simple steps:

1.   If the return is within 100 days of the invoice date there is NO need to contact us. Simply use the sticker that was provided with your order and write your invoice # (the # from the order being returned) in the space and adhere it to the outside of the package being returned.

2.   This Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will need to be written on the outside of your return packaging for proper routing and processing. Orders returned without the code written clearly (either on the provided sticker or in readable ink) on the outside of the packaging will be returned to the sender. 

3.   We will accept up to three (3) opened bottles of the same product for a refund of the purchase price. Any additional opened bottles of the same product are not subject for a refund. Unopened bottles with all safety seals intact (including outside banding), will be accepted for a full refund within 100 days from date of invoice. Original shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

4.  Any products that you wish to return that are past
